The following restrictions shall apply to all residential, commercial, and industrial customers utilizing the City of Clear Lake municipal water system starting today:
1. Odd/Even Watering Schedule
o Properties with odd-numbered street addresses may water lawns or wash vehicles using municipal water only on odd-numbered calendar days.
o Properties with even-numbered street addresses may water lawns or wash vehicles using municipal water only on even-numbered calendar days.
2. Restricted Hours
o On permitted watering days, lawn watering shall not occur between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
3. Newly Established Lawns
o Newly seeded or sodded lawns shall be exempt from the odd/even watering schedule and restricted watering hours for a period of up to thirty (30) days following installation, as necessary for proper establishment.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Clear Lake, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Monday August 24 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Clear Lake City Hall, 7684 1st Avenue West, Clear Lake, Mn, to consider the proposed vacation of Parkside Development Park land for the purpose of constructing a new municipal fire hall. All are invited to attend and comment on the issue. Written comments may also be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the hearing at:
