Public Service Announcement: Company called Mad City just stopped in and got a peddler's permit to knock on doors. There are 4 people 3 gentleman and a lady. They are peddling "Free estimates for the installation of windows, doors, kitchens and baths." They are knocking until 5 this Wednesday evening and will start again Thursday morning. They were each given a pink permit signed by Val.

PSA: Due to storm damage from Tuesday evening, the City Rubble Site will be open from 3:30 to 7:30 tonight to give more time for tree clean up. Saturday is still 9 am- 1 pm.

Good morning everyone. Beautiful Tuesday. All the rain lately has been great. Everything is green and growing, especially the lawns. We are receiving a number of complaints in the City Office about lawn's that need to be mowed.
ORDINANCE: 3-4-1: Grass and Weeds - Duty of Owner.
No owner of any area, lot or place within the City or the agent of such owner or the occupant of such area, lot or place shall permit on such area, lot or place or upon any sidewalk abutting the same any grass (maximum 6” tall), weeds or deleterious or unhealthful growths or other noxious matter that may be growing, lying or located thereon, and the growing of such weeds or other noxious or unhealthful vegetation is hereby declared to be a nuisance.

Scroll down and there are the lines to fill in the information. Then press submit. Must do that for each child. You may make 1 credit card or e check payment for all. Go to the front page and press :Make a Payment" button. Thank you.
