Quint 1 just cleared a structure fire in BJW Volunteer Fire Company’s district. Crews arrived to find a fire that started on the outside of the building and extended into the attic area. CFD personnel was tasked with fire suppression and overhaul.

Squad 1 is currently operating on a working dwelling fire in Hyde Fire Department’s first due. Units arrived to find a fire on the stove extended to the cabinets. The Squads crew was assigned to fire suppression and ventilation. Fire is under control at this time.

Shortly after 8pm the Rescue Company was summoned to Penn Highlands Clearfield ER to assist staff with removal of a ring that was stuck on an individuals finger. We were assisted by Lawrence Township Volunteer Fire Company #1 personnel who brought extra cutting equipment due to the type of material the ring was made of.

The CFD and multiple mutual aid units are currently operating on a dwelling fire in downtown Clearfield Borough. First arriving units found a working fire in a 2nd floor bedroom. Fire is currently under control and units are conducting overhaul.
