The Pinellas Park Fire Department is an all hazards agency providing Fire, EMS, Prevention, and Emergency Management activities for the City of Pinellas Park. Under the leadership of the Fire Chief, the organization is divided into four divisions - Operations, Fire Preventio
n, Emergency Management, and Administrative Services. The Operations Division provides emergency services which includes fire, EMS, tactical paramedic, public education, fire safety inspections, technical rescue, and hazardous materials response. Fire Prevention staff members provide prevention activities including public education, fire plan review, fire safety reviews, fire inspections, and building preplans for the community served. Emergency Management is tasked with preparing the City and community for all types of natural and manmade disasters. The staff in Administrative Services manages the agency’s budget, contracts, apparatus and equipment purchases, payroll, records management, and planning.
