If you disagree with your property value assessment, you may file a petition with the Value Adjustment Board (VAB). The deadline to file a VAB petition is September 11. Filing a petition preserves your right to a hearing and gives you additional time to work with our office to resolve your concerns.

Notices of Proposed Property Taxes {aka Truth in Millage (TRIM) Notices} are being mailed TODAY to all Pinellas property owners! Note - while this is NOT a bill, it contains important information for you to review regarding your property value and exemptions! After taxing authorities set final millage rates in September the Tax Collector will send property tax bills in November.
