WFTS ABC Action News doing video story on RBC Dune and vegetation destruction. All RBC BOD members quickly left building & refused comment. Alex & Dale spoke to reporter and confirmed fire pit etc plan for area !!!! Alex stated he researched FL DEP website and he thought they didn't need a permit. Then said RBC Board of Directors also checked for Permit and not needed. TV Reporter read statement from FL DEP that was contrary. No valid reply from Alex. Ugh

Well our beach is gone and Federal, State and City governments are investigating for rouge RBC BOD destroying our beach without any permits. Guess who pays fines, legal and reclamation costs? Us all the RBC Owners! NO PERMITS CONFIRMED!
