Hello SW Families & Volunteers,

It’s game time! 🏀🏈⚾🏆

Our WWSW: Gets Sporty fundraiser is getting ready to take the field from September 21-25, and we need your help transforming the school into an unforgettable sports experience! If you can use scissors, string, and tape, you’re officially on the team!

The past two years our “one and done” decorating night has been a HUGE SUCCESS! We’re hoping to make it happen again this year, but we need to gather all of our amazing all-star volunteers to make it happen.

On Friday, September 18th from 4:00 PM–11:00 PM (or later, possibly), we’ll be transforming the school into an incredible sports-themed experience! With a game plan, a little teamwork, some creativity, and LOTS of hustle, we’re hopeful we can knock it out in one night so we don’t have to ask for your weekend time.

To keep everything a surprise for our students, we are asking that only adults and teens attend and volunteer, so please plan ahead accordingly for childcare.

Think of it as a Southwest Sports Social, meet other SW parents, grandparents, and volunteers while working together to transform the school into a winning experience for our students!

Pizza, beverages, and snacks will be provided around 5:30/6:00 PM. 🍕🥤

We’re counting on the power of teamwork to make the dream work! Whether you can give us a few hours or stay until the final whistle, every minute helps us score big. We would greatly appreciate any and all help!
