One whole year of shopping, sipping, eating, gathering, celebrating, and watching this old Mill come back to life. And we think that deserves more than just one night.

Come celebrate YEAR ONE with us ALL WEEKEND LONG, starting TODAY! 🎉

We’re kicking off our ONE YEAR celebration at the Central Roller Mills with a party worthy of the occasion — and you’re invited. 🎉

And before anyone asks: ALL generations are welcome. We called it Mill-Ennial Prom because…come on. It was too catchy not to. 😂 The only requirement is that you’re 21+ and ready to have some fun.

One last thing: plan your ride home! With plenty of drinks and dancing on deck, we highly encourage carpooling with a DD, ridesharing, or grabbing an Uber. 🚗✨

🌦️ A few rain showers aren’t going to stop the fun this weekend at the Central Roller Mills! Grab an umbrella if you need one, then come make the most of a weekend packed with great food, live music, shopping, and family fun.

📚 Friday (5–8 PM) kicks off with our Boozy Book Fair—back by popular demand! Browse books, gifts, and unique finds while enjoying wine, craft beer, and great company. Then grab dinner from David’s Street Grill (4–8 PM) and stick around for live music with Jeff Crouch from 7–9 PM.

🎅 Saturday is all about Christmas in July! Shop holiday deals, enjoy festive sips and treats, and don’t miss Summer Santa for family photos from 5–7 PM. While you’re here, enjoy Joe Owens performing live from 5–7 PM, and grab some incredible barbecue from Choc’s BBQ from 4–8 PM.

Whether you’re coming for the books, the barbecue, the music, Summer Santa, or just a relaxing time at the mill, there’s something for everyone this weekend.
