🎉Surpriiiiise 🎉

Over the last year, the Central Roller Mills has become a place for live music, community events, good conversations, celebrations, and a lot of really fun nights with all of you.

Since May 30 marks exactly 364 days (a year at midnight 🎊) since we started our adventure at the Mill, we wanted to do something simple to say thank you for all the support we’ve received along the way.

So we’ve decided to open up Mill-ennial Prom to everyone 21+ for FREE. ✨

Same DJ. Same throwback hits. Same photobooth. Same excuse to get dressed up and have a fun night out at the Mill.

That’s right - it’s time to drop it low to celebrate this high point.

Whether you go full prom attire, lean into the nostalgia, or just come hang out with friends, we’d love to celebrate this milestone with all of you.

Spring weather, live music, and a little picnic moment at the mill 🎶

Britt Moore & Billy Bauer are taking over the mill tonight from 7–9pm, and it’s shaping up to be one of those evenings you don’t want to miss. Stems will be pouring all night—plus we’ve got a $3 PBR special to keep things easy and fun 🍻

Tonight = picnic + concert vibes ✨
A quick programming note - our scheduled food truck had a conflict last minute, so here’s the plan:
Beck’s Bakes will be serving up all the goodness until 6pm, so come early and grab something delicious before the music starts. Or build your own picnic—bring takeout from your favorite Main Street spots and enjoy it here at the mill during the show. Stop by

We’re starting the weekend a little early and we think you should too!

This might be one of our most packed weekends yet…

For the first time, we’ve got live music on a Thursday night, and that’s just the beginning. We’re talking multiple food trucks, live music, a kids market, run club, a Green Crescent Trail Celebration, trivia, fresh baked goods, shopping, specials at Stems, and something happening all day, every day through Sunday.

Basically… if you’re wondering when to come, the answer is anytime—there’s a lot going on and a little something for everyone 😉

An all-American family event is coming to Central Roller Mills this Sunday!

Hosted by Two Step Tavern, this afternoon is packed with fun for all ages — including line dancing, face painting, a mechanical bull, and plenty of other family-friendly activities.

🎟️ Tickets are required to participate in event activities:
$10 Adults | $6 Kids

Bring the whole crew and get ready to kick up your boots from 1–5 PM. It’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday at the Mill! 🤠✨
