Joshua Donahue was arrested pursuant to a traffic stop and charged with Being a Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm and Possession of a Controlled Substance after Officers located over 9 grams of Fentanyl inside the vehicle. Officers also located a loaded 9mm handgun which due to a conviction for Domestic related crime, prohibited Mr. Donahue from having.

Danny Joe Wagoner was arrested for Fleeing in a Vehicle after disregarding all attempts of a traffic stop.

Christopher Tyler Rose was also arrested out of Mr. Wagoner's vehicle on a Kanawha County Magistrate Court warrant for being a Prohibited Person in Possession of a Firearm.

David Lee Gibson was arrested after Officers attempted a traffic stop for Mr. Gibson riding a small motorcycle thru town with no taillights or registration plate. Mr. Gibson initially failed to stop and led officers on a short pursuit until the motorcycle ran out of gas. Once stopped, Mr. Gibson failed to follow officer's commands and began to reach for an unknown object within the waistband of his pants. After a short struggle where Mr. Gibson struck Officers several times and having to be pepper spayed, a "Walther P22" handgun was found on his person. Once in custody, Mr. Gibson stated he was a "sovereign citizen" and didn't have to follow state laws. An American State National Credential was also located on Mr. Gibson's person.

Joshua Keith Schall is charged with Fleeing with Reckless Indifference after leading Officers on a pursuit. Mr. Schall drove his ATV at a high rate of speed, crossing the center line into opposing traffic and driving with no headlights or taillights illuminated. Mr. Schall was initially able to avoid apprehension however after help from citizens who were witness to the incident, Officers were able to locate him at his residence where he was placed under arrest.

Danny Joe Wagoner is charged with Battery on an Officer and Obstructing an Officer while on a traffic stop, Mr. Wagoner refused multiple lawful commands and ended up striking an Officer several times in the chest and ultimately kicking him in the chest.
