We will not keep your originals. If you don’t have them digitized yet, we’ll happily make copies for you and return the originals.

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the veterans from Clermont and the surrounding community who served our country and helped protect the freedoms we enjoy today and have for 250 years.

For generations, folks from our small town answered the call to serve - from World War I and World War II to Korea, Vietnam, and more recent conflicts. Many of those stories are part of Clermont’s history and live on through local families, photographs, churches, cemeteries, and memories passed down through generations.

As our town continues working to preserve local history, we are proud to see the new Veterans Memorial Park becoming a place where our community can honor and remember those who served. It stands as a reminder that even in a small town like Clermont, there are countless stories of sacrifice, courage, and service. Join us on June 6th for the ribbon cutting (see events on our homepage)!

If your family has photographs, military records, or stories connected to veterans from the Clermont area, we encourage you to help us preserve that history for future generations. Comment below or message us to share your hometown veteran with us as we continue learning, remembering, and sharing the stories of our hometown heroes.
