Our very own beloved social worker, Ms. Edie Fiala, was named the Ohio’s 2026 Social Worker of the Year! We are so lucky to have her on our school team. 💛🖤💛 From her nomination: “Edie has built a career grounded in advocacy, leadership, and unwavering compassion. Known as a resourceful advocate and collaborative leader, Edie consistently goes above and beyond—often working long hours to ensure families have the stability and services they need.”

Ms. Fiala currently serves Fairfax and Oxford elementary schools and as the District Homeless Liaison.
