THIS THURSDAY! ๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ธ
White County Elections & Registration will host a Poll Worker Recruitment Drive on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the White County Elections Office, located at 1241 Helen Hwy, Suite 210, Cleveland, GA 30528.
The event is designed to provide community members with an opportunity to learn more about serving as a poll worker in the upcoming May 2026 Election. Poll workers play a critical role in ensuring elections are conducted in a fair, secure, and efficient manner.
This is a paid opportunity to serve the community, and all required training for poll workers is also paid.
Attendees at the Recruitment Drive will be able to meet Elections staff, ask questions about the role, and begin the sign-up process. Poll workers assist with greeting voters, issuing ballots, supporting voting equipment, and helping ensure a smooth voting experience on Election Day.
To qualify, individuals must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of White County, and able to pass a criminal background check.
White County Elections officials encourage civic groups, community organizations, businesses, and faith-based partners to share this opportunity with their networks. Community participation is essential to maintaining strong and accessible elections.
Individuals who are unable to attend the Recruitment Drive may still learn more and apply online at:
