Today, WPC and showed up in a big way for Canalway Partners 2026 RiverSweep cleanup.

With our largest staff turnout ever for this event, WPC and CWD volunteers joined community members at Mill Creek Falls, rolling up their sleeves to remove tires, litter, and other waste from the area.

Cleaner spaces help support cleaner waterways! Thank you to Canalway Partners and everyone who came out to make a difference. !

Today, WPC team members showed up across Cleveland to lend a hand at three community cleanups: the Collinwood vs. Euclid Big Clean, Doan Brook’s Forest Hills Park Cleanup, and the Keep Lakewood Beautiful Cleanup.

As Cleveland’s stormwater manager, we know clean neighborhoods help support cleaner waterways. Every piece of litter removed is one less item that can wash into a storm drain and impact our local waterways.

Proud of our crew and thankful for the community volunteers who showed up to make a difference with us.

Today, our WPC heroes sprang into action with Doan Brook Watershed Partnership to battle litter and protect our waterways at Rockefeller Park.

Real heroes don't wait for trouble. They protect our environment by stopping pollution before it starts!

In honor of , officially recognized by Cleveland City Council, it felt like the perfect time to recognize some heroes of our own.

Just like Superman protects Metropolis, our own Man of Steel, Commissioner Ryan Lopez leads a super team dedicated to protecting Cleveland's sewer infrastructure. Our WPC heroes keep our system flowing, help prevent flooding issues, and safeguard our environment.

Today, WPC staff volunteered at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, packing 1,960 pounds of pasta to help feed families in need across Northeast Ohio.
