Week 2 at O2 was filled with some major projects! Our teams from Oak Grove, Hagood, and Mt. Calvary successfully completed them all along with a block party at Cherokee Hills apartments.

Allen Johansen has muscular dystrophy and is having a ramp put onto his house. According to his family, this will help with getting him to doctors appointments and other engagements that were previously difficult. Week 2 Staff Spotlight: John Simmons

John is serving as a summer missionary for Ocoee Outreach for his third year, only taking last summer off to serve in the Dominican Republic with Students International. While in the DR, John served on a men's sports site, as well as coached travel baseball teams.
John is a student at Lee University majoring in Health & Wellness Education & TESOL, he expects to graduate December 2018. John is actively involved at Cleveland's BCM.
John's Favs: Deb's Sweet Tea, Mexican food, Nacho Libre.
