THANK YOU to the residents who expressed concern to our office yesterday about the Marion C. Seltzer Elementary School construction site (across from homes and near Cudell Commons Park, Story Church and Fire Station No. 23) and the air quality questions.
Councilwoman Hudson and the Ward 11 Office team are actively pursuing answers to address those important concerns.
We encourage our residents in all parts of Ward 11 to report any air quality complaints (i.e., commercial / industrial / residential / etc.) to our office (216-664-4235) as well as to the Cleveland Division of Air Quality.
Christina Yoka (Chief of Air Pollution Outreach) coincidentally spoke at our community meeting at Brookside Reservation last week (listen to audio recap, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OY942ZjpTh4 (fast forward to 24:45).
Cleveland Division of Air Quality is encouraging residents to share their stories and sign up to be a part of their CLEANinCLE program - a ride-along interview series to discuss specific areas in our neighborhood of air quality concern (if you sign up, please let us know so we may possibly feature you on our FB page).
