NOON UPDATE: POWER RESTORED
————————————

11 A.M. SUNDAY UPDATE: Our crews have been out for more than 12 hours now, but they are getting close to the finish line at Big Bend.

We are thankful for our members’ patience and understanding how intensive the work is.

————————————
🚨 Tonight’s storm has left some damage, especially up in the northern part of our service area near Big Bend.

We are estimating an all-night outage for those members, and it could stretch further into Sunday morning.

So far, our crews have identified 16 broken poles, and that number could increase.

Please be patient. This kind of damage requires major construction and setting new poles. Our crews will work as quickly as safety will allow.

————————————
We have several ways to report outages:

📱 If you experience an outage and are signed up for texting, text OUT to 918-295-9500. That is the most convenient option we have for you to communicate with us. After signing up, the new data is uploaded to the system every Friday.

⚡️ You also can report outages via the SmartHub app or by calling 855-940-3844.

📍 To view the outage map, you can use your SmartHub app or go to our website: iecok.com/outage-map

‼️ Do not report outages via social media, as it is not monitored by dispatchers.

⛈️ Stay weather aware by following your favorite local weather source and by tuning in to updates from US National Weather Service Tulsa.
