Third District Community Relations Officers were proud to attend the Meijer Fairfax Market's Neighborhood Conversations event, featuring the City of Cleveland Office of 311! 🤝

It was a great opportunity to connect with residents, answer questions, share resources, and highlight how 311 helps improve our neighborhoods by making it easy to report concerns and request City services.

🚌 School Bus Safety Reminder 🛑

As a new school year gets underway, please stay alert when driving near school buses. When a school bus stops and its red lights are flashing with the stop arm extended, you must stop to help keep children safe as they get on or off the bus.

Slow down, stay focused, and watch for children who may cross the street unexpectedly. A few extra seconds of caution can help prevent a tragedy.

Thank you to everyone who attended last night's Third District Policing Committee meeting at 4501 Chester Avenue. We appreciate our residents, community partners, and stakeholders for taking the time to engage in productive discussions about public safety, neighborhood concerns, and ongoing community initiatives.

Strong partnerships between the Cleveland Division of Police and the community are essential to building safer neighborhoods. We value your input and encourage everyone to continue participating in future meetings.

Day 4 of the Feast of the Assumption is officially in the books! 🙏🇮🇹
Our Third District Officers, along with officers from around the Division, battled rain, humidity, and even a power outage today to help keep residents and guests safe throughout the final day of the feast.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our partner agencies who worked alongside us and helped make the event safe and successful — Cleveland Hts. Police, UCPD Police, and the City of Cleveland Streets Department.

We appreciate everyone who came together, worked through the challenges, and helped protect our community and our guests. Great job by all! 👮‍♂️👮‍♀️💪
