Beginning Tuesday the NWS has issued a Fire Weather Watch for our area. Please take precautions to not start a fire. If you are burning today make sure to extinguish it or finish up before you go to bed tonight. As always, keep an eye on any fire you may have started so it doesn't get out of control. Condition are still very dry and even with light winds like today it can get out of control very quickly.

Sad wildfire update from Pawnee County Emergency Management..

The county's total number of affected homes now stands at 115, with 105 being complete losses, due to all 4 major wildfires over the last 9 days.

So far they estimate the fire burned more than 22,000 acres.

The Recovery Resource Center is open again today at Mannford High School from 10-7pm if you or someone you know needs help. Multiple agencies are available under one roof.
