From a vacant piece of history to a vibrant future for Midtown.🌟

We are incredibly proud to stand alongside MidTown Cleveland, Inc., Pennrose Companies and our amazing project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of the historic Warner & Swasey building.

For over 40 years, this iconic former manufacturing facility, which once produced precision instruments, machine tools, and telescopes, has sat empty. Now, it’s being revived with a new life.

Once fully redeveloped, this site will bring 112 brand-new housing units to the neighborhood, including 41 supported by CMHA project-based vouchers, delivering necessary affordable housing and sparking renewed investment in the heart of Midtown.🎉

The Ignite: Lakeview Spring Arts Festival brought the best energy to the Lakeview Terrace Community Center last Friday! From the intense focus of the kids drumming on stage to the vibrant energy of the hip-hop dancers catching the rhythm, every single moment captured pure joy and community pride.

Between the powerful spoken word poetry, soulful singing, and hilarious improv, our brilliant youth completely stole the spotlight. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this incredible showcase, presented in partnership with Cleveland Public Theatre!
