This Memorial Day weekend, White County EMS joins our community and nation in remembering and honoring the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸
As families gather this weekend for cookouts, lake days, travel, and celebrations, we encourage everyone to take a moment to remember the true meaning of Memorial Day and honor those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.
While enjoying the holiday weekend, please help us keep White County safe by following these important safety reminders:
🚑 Never drink and drive — designate a sober driver
🚑 Wear your seatbelt every trip, every time
🚑 Slow down and stay alert during increased holiday traffic
🚑 Stay hydrated and take breaks in the heat
🚑 Watch children closely around pools, lakes, and rivers
🚑 Always wear life jackets while boating or tubing
🚑 Use caution with grills, campfires, and fireworks
Our crews will proudly continue serving this community throughout the holiday weekend, just as so many before us served this nation with honor and sacrifice.
From all of us at White County EMS, we wish everyone a safe, meaningful, and reflective Memorial Day weekend as we remember our fallen heroes. ❤️🤍
