Post-traumatic stress disorder is often misunderstood. It can affect anyone, and symptoms may appear right after a traumatic event or much later. Healing is possible with support.

Help reduce stigma by:
• Learning the signs
• Listening without judgment
• Supporting access to care

Understanding PTSD helps us support those who are living with it.
