Cuyahoga County Safe Communities/Greater Cleveland Safe Kids Our goal is to achieve safer, healthier communities in Northeast Ohio and to reduce the costs associated with traffic-related injuries and fatalities.

Every year, thousands of people are injured due to traffic crashes in Cuyahoga County. Because traffic crash injuries are a significant public health problem, Safe Communities Coalition is a community-based programs designed to create awareness and prevent injuries caused by traffic crashes. The Safe Communities Coalition is a cooperative effort of law enforcement agencies, prosecutors, local gove

rnments, health care personnel, and other interested parties that work together to achieve safer, healthier communities in Northeast Ohio and to reduce the costs associated with traffic-related injuries and fatalities.

The most wonderful time of the year is a little over a week away - the annual Holiday Mocktail Party! Join us for our fundraiser where you can sample delicious non-alcoholic "mocktails" and vote for your favorite, bid on silent auction items or participate in the HUGE basket raffle. Dinner is provided and Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there. This family-friendly, fun-filled event for a good cause takes place Wednesday, November 19 from 5:30-8:00 pm at the IX Center.
