The Cleveland Jazz Orchestra has announced its 2026-27 season, titled “The World According to Jazz,” a lineup that will celebrate jazz’s global influence and honor several music legends while marking the ensemble’s 42nd season.

The orchestra will again perform at the Maltz Performing Arts Center, its home venue for the past six seasons.

Virtuosic percussionist Jamey Haddad brings his world sounds and mastery of over 1,000 instruments to the Maltz Stage for a unique jazz concert with a focus on the rhythm section. The evening will highlight Haddad’s decades-long career as Paul Simon’s percussionist, his collaboration with Yo-Yo Ma’s Silk Road Ensemble, and Haddad’s own group, Under One Sun. The future looks and sounds bright with Jamey Haddad and the CJO.
