What is The Winner’s Circle?

The Winner’s Circle exists to provide safe, structured and affordable housing for people in recovery.

We believe that there is no such thing as too far gone and that people do recover. We also know that patience is a virtue and “slow and steady” wins the race.

At The Winner’s Circle we create an environment where positive change happens. By focusing on safe, structured, and affordable housing we address on of Maslow’s most basic needs – shelter.

We promote and practice social responsibility. We know that integrity is what you do when no one is watching, and that the truth will set you on a path of freedom.

We believe that employment, paying bills, setting goals, and working a plan are crucial to long-term recovery.

Our goal is to help each person achieve the next level of their destiny.

Please plan to join us Thanksgiving morning @8:00am LCHS campus for the most laidback run/walk in the tri-state ! Free event but taking donations of non perishable goods and monetary donations for LC food banks and school resource centers . If not interested in the exercise portion not a problem! Drive by drop off or hangout and fellowship with us !! Let’s fill the pantries and show the love for our community! If you pre registered by last week you will receive a complimentary tee . But must be present. All no show shirts will be distributed. If you would like to write a check you can make it to LC Tourisim- memo fill the pantry

PSA - Louisa Public Utilities - There has been a break in a water line on West Pike Street. Utility crews are on the scene now to repair the break. However, residents in the immediate area may st experience low pressure for the next few hours as the leak is repaired and flushing the system takes place. A Boil Water Advisory will be in effect. EXACT locations of the advisory will be determined shortly.
