This is the official page of The Clifton Forge Parks & Trails Committee. Our volunteer committee meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm at Town Hall. Check recent posts for any changes or cancellations due to inclement weather, etc.

You may have noticed some recent changes along Route 60 between Mountain View Apartments and the Kroger Shopping Center. Join us on Friday, September 11th at 3:30pm for a community walk to experience the demonstration project, ask the project team questions, and provide feedback. Light refreshments will be provided.

Hike the Forge is coming this September!

Get outside and explore Clifton Forge during our month-long Hike the Forge Challenge! Throughout September, we’re inviting residents and visitors to hit the trails, discover some of our favorite outdoor spaces, and have a little fun along the way.

Hike 4 of our 5 featured trails and earn local prizes!

We’ll also have guided trail hikes and special kids’ events throughout the month, so there will be plenty of opportunities to get involved—whether you’re a regular hiker or exploring these trails for the first time.
