Hey fellow 7120clubs. Your district Environmental Action Committee had a fantastic presentation tonight by Lydia Williams ([email protected]). The program is in regards to Climate Stewardship at the local level, it is also available in every county. I will be putting together a PowerPoint they I will make available to all the clubs. They provide training and resources for community projects at all levels. I am looking forward to taking the steps

Midlakes Interact Club will host a Spring Into Kindness donation drive through march 27.
Donations can be left in designated boxes at one of the six locations: High School Main Office, District Office in the Elementary School, High School Pupil Support Office (PSO), High School Bus Loop, High School Sports Loop, Elementary Foyer, and the MEC Foyer.
While non-perishable food donations are welcome, the need in the community is not limited to food and canned goods. Donations of all kinds will be accepted, and any items donated to the Interact drive will stay local.

SOME OF THE WAYS THE CLIFTON SPRINGS ROTARY SERVES THE COMMUNITY:

· Supports local organizations and projects such as the Boy Scouts, the YMCA, the VFW, the Clifton Springs Hospital and Clinic, Red Cross blood drives, village Concerts in the Park, Red Ribbon Campaign, and others.

· Helps to provide school supplies and backpacks to Midlakes school children.
