We have three fantastic programs coming up for a healthier you!

The Office for the Aging is offering Fun and Fitness with Jamie starting next Friday, June 5th at 12pm. Call Daniel at 585-396-4474 to register.

The Cornell Cooperative Extension is offering Stay Strong, Stay Healthy with Adam starting Monday June 15th at 9:30am. Call Adam at 315-945-4118 to register.
