Reminder for the new school year: L'Anse Creuse is a phone-free environment. Personal communication devices, including cell phones, must remain off or silenced and stored out of sight during the school day, including passing time and lunch, unless an approved exemption applies.

This positive change is designed to support focused learning environments, stronger student engagement, better peer interaction, and improved well-being throughout the school day.

Welcome back to school, L'Anse Creuse! As you enter into your buildings, you may notice a few upgrades in and around your school! District-wide improvements were taking place throughout the summer, including new playgrounds, parking lots, floorwork, and mechanical systems.

Bond work will continue to take place throughout the fall, and crews will be working to finish ongoing projects in time for winter. Please pardon our dust as these exciting upgrades are finalized.

Thank you to the Food and Nutrition staff, the various student leaders, keynote speaker Brian Mendler, and our generous LCPS partners who made this event possible! We’re so excited to start the new school year with you, L’Anse Creuse!
