This customer was dealing with a blocked drain line that had become packed with roots and debris. After mechanically cleaning the line, we performed a dye test and camera inspection to verify proper flow and pinpoint any issues.

As you can see, the bright green dye is flowing exactly where it should, confirming the line is open and draining properly.
