Today, we celebrate the birthday of the US Navy Nurse Corps and honor the extraordinary nurses who have served our Nation with courage, compassion, and unwavering dedication since 1908. ⚓

For more than a century, Navy nurses have cared for servicemembers and their families around the world, from hospital ships and battlefields to humanitarian missions and military medical centers. They have comforted the wounded, saved lives under unimaginable conditions, and answered the call to serve wherever duty demanded.

As we commemorate 250 years of women’s service to our Nation, we are proud to recognize the Navy Nurse Corps and the generations of military nurses whose strength, skill, sacrifice, and leadership continue to shape military medicine and inspire future generations.

Happy Birthday to the Navy Nurse Corps! Thank you for your service to our Nation. 🇺🇸

This will be our 5th Year for the"Ladies Military Support Event'
❤️🤍💙This event is open to the public and are encouraged to attend! Great resources such as "information and resources regarding free legal services"
We have vendors already signing up!!
Veteran Owned businesses will be there with their items/services they provide!!
Come support our veterans and our community!!

Pizza and salads with desserts were perfect for tonight!
Female Friday is the First Friday of every month 6pm at Clinton VFW 510 West Allen Street. Open to the public-veterans do not need to be a member to join us!
