We have news to share! :) 🤩
Curbside Pick-Up Services to Begin May 4
On Thursday, Governor Evers announced the state will begin to allow libraries to offer curbside pickup of materials any time after April 24 with some guidelines.
After careful consideration, Clinton Public Library will be doing the following:
Book returns:
In order to facilitate a smooth transition for all parties, we will open the book return box on Friday, April 24 until Monday, April 27 at 8:30am. It will remain closed until the week of May 4th. Starting May 4, the book return box will only be open every Monday and Thursday 8:30-6pm. The materials will stay in the book return box for the recommended 72 hours. Book drops will be closed outside of those hours to allow a quarantine period. The materials will be sanitized and checked in.
Staff will not accept in-person returns.
All due dates have been put out until June 9th,2020.
The building will remain closed to the public until further notice, and book donations will NOT be accepted.
Contactless Curbside Materials Pickup:
Clinton Public Library will offer contactless, curbside pickup of materials for limited hours. You will need to call, email or place the hold online ahead of time. There will be no material exchanges between the area libraries at first. Holds will be limited to in house items only. We are working on a schedule and will be posting it by Wednesday, April 29.
