Hunterdon County Fire Chief's Association

Hunterdon County Fire Chief's Association The Hunterdon County Fire Chief's Association was established in 1951.

The HCFCA is made up of Chiefs and other line officers from 29 of the 30 fire departments that cover Hunterdon County. The HCFCA meets every other month to discuss common issues of the fire service in Hunterdon County. The HCFCA works with Hunterdon County to aid in setting policies that make Hunterdon a safer place for firefighters and the general public. The association also brings training opportunities to our firefighters and works to help reduce costs.

Quakertown Firefighters and EMTs walk back after loading an injured patient on to NorthSTAR after a head-on car accident on Everittstown Road in Alexandria Twp on Saturday afternoon.

Both QFC Ambulances, Engine 91 and Rescue 91 operated along with members of the Frenchtown Fire Dept, New Jersey State Police and HMC Paramedics.

Last nights training focused on drafting and master streams with the brush truck for some of our newer operators. Ten members attended this training while an additional crew of six worked on various projects around the firehouse.
