Keeping our Red Tornadoes safe! 💛

Thank you to the Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) Rural Health Center for donating seven AEDs to Clinton Public Schools!

This life-saving equipment is a valuable addition to our school safety efforts and another example of what happens when community partners come together to support our students and staff.

SWOSU is working to bring valuable healthcare resources to communities across western Oklahoma, and we’re grateful to be part of these efforts. Thank you for investing in the safety and well-being of our CPS family!

It’s a great day to be a Red Tornado! 🌪️

September 15 - October 15 is Hispanic Heritage Month, a time to celebrate the rich cultures, traditions, history, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities.

Across Clinton Public Schools, our students, families, and staff bring their unique experiences and traditions to our schools every day.

This month gave us an opportunity to learn, celebrate, and recognize the many ways Hispanic and Latino communities help strengthen our CPS family.

We are proud to celebrate the diversity that makes CPS a special place to learn, grow, and belong.

Congratulations to our outstanding Southwest Elementary September Students of the Month! 🎉

September was all about hard work, and these students showed us what it means to give their best effort, keep trying when things get tough, and never give up.

We are proud of each of you for putting in the effort, believing in yourselves, and showing that being hardworking makes a difference. Keep giving it your best and showing us what it means to be a champion! 💛

A little extra joy made its way to Southwest Elementary this week! ❤️

Tilly the FireDog stopped by for a special visit, sharing plenty of smiles, gentle snuggles, and a reminder that some of the best school days come with four paws and a wagging tail. 🐾🚒

Thank you, Tilly, for making our Southwest students’ week a little brighter! ☀️

There’s more on the line! 🏈💛

Last year, CPS students collected an incredible 2,114 pounds of food for the Custer County Conflict Food Drive, helping provide food for local families through Connections Food & Resource Center.

But this year, our local banks and civic organizations are raising the stakes. 👀

If CPS students collect more than 2,114 pounds of food, they’ll donate $2,000 to the Clinton Public Schools Resource Center! 👏

Every can, box, bag, and donation matters. Let’s see just how much we can collect when CPS comes together!

Let’s beat 2,114 pounds and unlock that $2,000 for our students and families! 💛

A little cooler weather called for a little extra sweetness! 🍎

Last week, the Southwest Climate Committee welcomed the first hints of fall by treating teachers and staff to an apple cart filled with delicious goodies. 🍏

It was the perfect way to celebrate the changing season and remind our Southwest staff just how much they’re appreciated. We’re thankful for a Climate Committee that keeps finding fun ways to bring a little extra joy to the school day! 💛
