🚧 Traffic Update: Bluff Boulevard Improvement Project 🚧

Beginning Wednesday morning, August 19, South Bluff Blvd. between 2nd Ave. S and 5th Ave. S will reopen to traffic. Traffic will continue head-to-head through the area while additional work is completed.

At the same time, South 9th Street will close between 6th Ave. S and South Bluff Blvd. for the remaining construction work. This closure is expected to last about two weeks, with the street anticipated to reopen by Friday, September 4, weather permitting.

⚠️ Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes, follow posted detours, and use caution in the construction zone.

🚧 Road Construction Update 🚧

The City of Clinton thanks residents, businesses, and commuters for their continued patience as work progresses on the Manufacturing Drive & Bluff Boulevard Improvement Project.

✅ Recently Reopened:
• 2nd Ave S (Bluff Blvd to S 4th St)
• N 3rd St (8th Ave N to 17th Ave N)
• S 14th St (11th Ave S to Bluff Blvd, opening this week)

📅 Key upcoming milestones:
• S 19th St & Manufacturing Dr roundabout: Expected to open by Sept. 30
• Manufacturing Dr (S 21st St to Purina): Expected to open by Oct. 31
• Bluff Blvd (College Ave to S 14th St): Expected to open by Nov. 30

⚠️ College Ave will be closed at Bluff Blvd from Aug. 18 through Sept. 8 for reconstruction.

Please continue to follow posted detours and support local businesses during construction. Thank you for your patience as we invest in Clinton's infrastructure!
