⭐️ May Employee Spotlight ⭐️
Pamela Bryant, Sampson County's Community Care Services Supervisor and Supervisor of the Community Alternative Program for Disabled Adults has worked for Sampson County for 21 years. She has a degree in Social Worker which allows her to make a difference in the day-to-day lives of many people by helping to build, support and empower positive family and community relationships with dignity, respect and purpose.
When asked why Mrs. Pam likes working for Sampson County Senior Services she states: "I love working for Sampson County Senior Services because I believe that positive social change is never complete but a work in progress. God's grace and mercy have allowed me to remain rooted, committed, consistent and dedicated to the people of Sampson County as well as those I meet along the way. My purpose is to make sure the health, safety and well being of the citizens of Sampson County that I serve are being met and provided an alternative for individuals in a specified target population from institutionalization. The service I provide helps me to allow targeted individuals to remain in or return to a home or community-based setting."
Mrs. Pam's co-workers were also asked for words to describe her; a few they shared are: humbled, compassionate, loving and dedicated. In addition Department Director, Dana Hall states "Mrs. Pam has a deep passion for the clients she serves and genuinely cares about their well-being. She works diligently to ensure they receive the highest quality care possible and is a strong advocate for securing additional funding and resources to better support their needs."
