Harrells Fire successfully conducted a Physical Rescue of four stranded boaters on the Black River. The survivors were stranded for over 12 hours last night and we were contacted for services around 0400 this morning. They were located using a Sampson County Fire Marshal Drone and the FD rescue boat. This was a successful ending to a potential disaster.
