Cheyenne & Arapaho American Legion Post 401 The C & A American Legion Post 401 is made up of Veterans of the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma. We provide assistance to vets and their familes.

The Cheyenne & Arapaho American Legion Post 401 was formed under former Governor Darrell Flyingman. This post was created so that our Veterans would not be forgotten. We provide military funerals for all Native veterans which include Taps, rifle salute and folding of the American Flag and presenting it to the family. We have been called upon to do grand entries at various pow wows. We have respres

ented the Cheyenne & Arapaho's tribes at the Ira Hayes celebration in Sacaton, AZ and the Denver March pow wow. We invite all veterans to join our organization, and women to join our American Legion Womens Auxiliary. We meet the first Thursday of each month
