With the heat coming please keep an eye out for each other and special populations such as children, elderly, and those with medical conditions. Limit time outdoors and drink plenty of water!
Heat stroke and heat exhaustion happen fast in these conditions.

At the close of EMS week we want to thank all of our staff for being the amazing providers they are. Showing up and always putting the needs of others first before yourself and before your families takes very dedicated individuals. Meet Fred — one of the reasons your support matters. ❤️🚑

After becoming unresponsive and suffering cardiac arrest, Fred’s life was saved thanks to the quick actions of our crews and advanced lifesaving equipment funded through donations, grants, and community support.

Fred recently stopped by the station to see the Lifeline Arm device that helped save his life, jokingly calling it the “Geezer Squeezer.”

Stories like Fred’s remind us why fundraising and donor support are so important. These tools are more than equipment; they save lives.
