Clover Parks & Recreation is looking for a Recreation Assistant!

⚾ 🥎 ⚽ 🏀 🏈
You’ll be working where the action happens!

Recreation Assistants work at our sports facilities during games, practices, and other recreation activities. You’ll interact with coaches, players, parents, volunteers, officials, and the public while helping make sure our programs run smoothly.

WHAT YOU NEED:

✅ 25–30 hours per week
🌙 Nights & weekends required
🔞 Must be 18 or older
🌤️ Comfortable working outdoors
🗣️ Comfortable speaking with the public and volunteers
📣 Able to communicate information to teams, parents, coaches & officials
🤝 Friendly, dependable & professional

Sports knowledge is a PLUS — but NOT required!
Experience or knowledge of Baseball, Softball, Soccer, Basketball, or Football is helpful, but we can teach you the rest.

🎉 Clover Community Park Tower Renovation Project — COMPLETE! 🎉

We are excited to announce that the Clover Community Park Tower Renovation Project is now complete, and the facility is officially OPEN to the public! 🙌

Here’s what you can expect when you visit:

🏟️ Restrooms are now open
🚧 Construction fences have been removed
⚾ Dugout access on both fields is open
🪑 Bleachers have been returned to their original locations
🚶 The walking loop around the tower is now open to the public

We are extremely excited to have this project completed and to welcome everyone back to Clover Community Park!

We know this renovation took longer than originally expected, and we truly appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the project. We know the construction created some challenges, and we are grateful for your support while these improvements were completed.

Thank you, Clover! We can't wait to see you back at the park! 💙⚾🌳

Due to wet field conditions and the continued forecast for inclement weather this evening, all Baseball and Soccer Player Evaluations scheduled for tonight have been postponed.

🚧 New Centre Park Improvement Project Begins This Week 🚧

Exciting improvements are coming to New Centre Park!

Construction will begin this week on a drainage and erosion control project at the steps and walkway leading down to fields 3 and 4. During construction, there will be limited access to the lower fields, steps, and walkway between the fields for the safety of park visitors and construction crews.

This project will:
✅ Install drainage improvements designed to divert water runoff away from the steps and surrounding area, which we hope will provide relief to the ongoing drainage issues on Field 3.
✅ Address erosion control around the steps and sidewalk between Fields 3 and 4, improving the long-term safety and stability of the area.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these much-needed improvements. These upgrades will help preserve the park while providing a safer experience for our athletes, coaches, and visitors.

Please use caution around the construction area, respect all barriers and posted signage, and avoid entering restricted areas while work is underway.

🚧 Splash Pad Closure Update 🚧

Due to ongoing maintenance issues, the Clover Community Park Splash Pad will remain closed indefinitely.

Our maintenance team is continuing to work on the splash pad system to identify and resolve the issues. At this time, we do not have a timetable for reopening.

We understand this is disappointing, especially during the summer season, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore the splash pad safely. We will provide updates on our page as more information becomes available.

🏈 What an incredible way to wrap up the inaugural NFL FLAG Football season at Clover Parks & Recreation! 🏈

This season marked an exciting new chapter for our youth sports programs, and we couldn't have asked for a better first year. Thank you to all of our players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and families for helping make our first NFL FLAG season a tremendous success!
