This month, we proudly celebrate Autism Acceptance Month with a mural that truly represents who we are as a Cedarwood community
Each puzzle piece and infinity symbol you see was thoughtfully created by every single Cedarwood staff member and student—coming together to form something far greater than any one individual. Just like this mural, our strength is in our diversity, our uniqueness, and our willingness to support one another.
The infinity symbol reminds us that inclusion, understanding, and acceptance have no limits. It’s a continuous commitment to ensuring every voice is heard, every difference is valued, and every person belongs.

At Cedarwood, our Hawks don’t just talk about inclusion—we live it every day. We embrace one another, lift each other up, and create a space where everyone can thrive.

Cedarwood Multicultural Week takes place March 23rd-27th. This is a great school event that celebrates our community. We will showcase an assembly, an interactive passport activity, dress-up days, lunchtime activities, and a fashion show. We encourage all students to participate. Go Hawks!

Cedarwood Elementary is proud to host our annual Multicultural Week from March 23–27, highlighted by our Multicultural Fashion Show in honor of Pat Garvin.

Students are invited to participate by showcasing traditional clothing that represents their culture and heritage. This is a special opportunity for students to be recognized on stage and celebrate the diversity that makes our community so special.

Upper Grades: 9:00 AM
Primary Grades: 9:50 AM

Families interested in having their child participate should complete the sign-up using the QR code on the flyer by March 16.
