This week we’re celebrating one of our wonderful TK teachers, Mrs. Jami Tisinger! 💚🖤🦅
When she’s not in the classroom, Mrs. Tisinger enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events, spending time with family, walking her dog, relaxing with a Netflix show, or listening to a great podcast. 🎉🐾📺🎧
A few fun facts about Mrs. Tisinger:
🌮 Favorite snack: Chips and salsa
🥤 Favorite drinks: Dr Pepper and Dutch Bros
🏔️☀️ Favorite places: The mountains in the winter and the beach in the summer

🦅💚 What an AMAZING week on Hawk Territory! 🖤🦅
Cedarwood Hawks kicked off the school year in style with our FIRST-EVER Hawk Fest Back-to-School Rally! 🎉🎶 The energy, excitement, and school spirit were incredible!
We had such a wonderful first week back and can’t wait to see all the amazing things this school year has in store. Here’s to a year full of learning, laughter, friendship, and plenty of Hawk Pride! 🦅📚✨

What a wonderful first day of school in First Grade at Cedarwood Elementary! 🍎✏️ Our students jumped right into learning, made new friends, and filled the day with smiles, curiosity, and excitement. We can’t wait to see all the amazing things our students will accomplish this year. Here’s to a fantastic start to an incredible school year! 💚🖤🦅

Hawk Fest is coming soon! 🎸🎤🎷 From rock and pop to country, hip-hop, and everything in between, we’ll be celebrating music from all genres with an exciting rally full of energy, fun, and school spirit. The Cedarwood Orcabotics robotics team recently participated in an international FIRST LEGO robotics competition this past June 11th-14th. Held at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts, the WPI Annual FLL Event (WAFFLE) featured over 100 youth robotics teams from more than 20 countries and 30 U.S. states. Team Orcabotics placed 36th out of 107 teams, with an impressive high match score of 445. We are tremendously proud of our Cedarwood students, and wish them the best as they continue on in their robotics journey.
