Stitch Addicts is a free social program open to adults and teens. Bring your own project. We are crocheters and knitters, embroiderers, beaders, and weavers. Stuck on your pattern? Ask the group!

You know what's surprisingly calming?
Pixels. Pixel art.
The slow, methodical, repetitive act of making art one. little. dot. at a time.

Today in Color Creators we have pixel art in several forms:
Perler beads. Breathe in, hold, pick up a bead, place the bead, breathe out, repeat.
Diamond painting. We have a new communal canvas for everyone to work on.
Coloring pages. We have color-by-number pixel pictures, or connect the dot pictures, or traditional color-by-number pictures, or meditation phrases, or ...
Elaine brought her own pixel art today - counted cross-stitch. Needle up, pull, needle down, pull, repeat.

Join us once a month for an adults (and teens) therapy break to slow things down and make some art.

Reminder: we're painting pet rocks today at 2pm in children's! We're using acrylic paint, so make sure the kiddos wear old clothes! There are limited supplies, so first come first serve!
