Did you know that Baxter is actively seeking input from you?

Please stop in and pick up a form and fill it out. You can put things you like or dislike about the activities, the board, practices, etc. Tell them what you enjoy and tell them what you miss.

A lot of people have quit attending and/or supporting the center. Why? What can they do to bring you back?

This form is anonymous, you can slip it under the office door if you like, just please fill one out even if you no longer attend. Let's try to fix this!
