Back-to-school is exciting for many familiesโ€”but for others, it can be one of the most stressful times of the year.
Increased schedules, financial strain, and family pressures can make an already abusive home even more volatile. Awareness and support can help someone feel less alone.
๐Ÿ’œ Let's remind survivors that help and hope exist. What words of encouragement would you share today?

Violence doesn't always start with a bruise.
Punching walls, breaking doors, throwing objects, and destroying property are often acts of intimidation. They send a message without saying a word: "This could be you next."
No one should have to wonder if they'll be the next thing that gets hit.
๐Ÿšฉ Did you recognize this as a warning sign before today? Share your thoughts below. Your story could help someone else recognize the danger.
