We are pleased to announce the most delightful upcoming event! Will Cranfill, a graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado, will be hosting a farm to table dinner here at Hidden Valley Farm! He has developed a deep appreciation for sourcing high-quality, local ingredients, and he wants to share that with 20 lucky people who purchase tickets to this event. It will be held on June 20th at 23 Hidden Valley Road, Clyde, NC. This seven-course menu features farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients with mindfully crafted mocktail pairings.

We recommend you arrive between 4:30 and 5, and the first of seven courses will be served at 5:30 pm!

We hope y’all are getting excited for the Sorghum Harvest at the end of the month! Saturday, August 30th from 10 am to 2 pm, we’ll be harvesting sorghum cane and cooking its juice down into sorghum syrup! Come out and see how it’s done and get a taste of some of our homemade granola and sorghum cookies made with our own sorghum syrup. We’ll also have several local vendors that you won’t want to miss!
