🌲 Level Up Your Outdoor Skills Next Week at Allens Creek Park! 🧭✨

Whether you want to build camp structures from scratch or make sure you never lose your way in the backcountry, we’ve got two hands-on workshops coming up to sharpen your wilderness confidence!

🪵 Woodcraft & Rigging: Pioneering Workshop
Learn essential knots, lashings, and pioneering techniques to build timber structures using simple tools and ropes.

🧭 Staying Found: Land Navigation
Ditch the screen and master the timeless skills of map reading, compass work, and terrain association to confidently navigate off-grid.

The Raccoon Creek Bike Park is open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (excluding holidays). Grab your helmets, gather the crew, and come tear up the pump track after homework is done!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the Raccoon Creek Bike Park Grand Opening this past weekend! 🚲🎉

We were thrilled with the incredible turnout and loved seeing so much excitement for this new addition to . One of the best parts of the day was watching riders of all ages and abilities get out on the track, try something new, and enjoy the park together!

We’re so excited to see the community continue to make memories at Raccoon Creek Bike Park for many years to come. 💚

We have been blown away by the incredible excitement and energy at the new park since our Grand Opening! Seeing so many riders out on the pump track has been amazing.

We’ve seen your comments and questions regarding closing time, and we want to share a quick update:

For this week, the park will operate from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Because this is a brand-new community facility, we have not posted official hours just yet while we complete team training and fine-tuning daily operations. Having our team fully trained is what allows us to safely staff, open, and close the facilities so everyone in our community can enjoy the park for years to come.

Once our staff completes training this week, we plan to shift our daily schedule to open at 8:00 AM and close at 7:00 PM (or dusk, whichever comes first), starting this Saturday, until we make our hours official.

Thank you so much for your patience, support, and enthusiasm while our team gets up to speed. We can't wait to give you those extra evening hours very soon—see you on the track! 🙌

The wait is officially OVER—our August newsletter has arrived, and we are kicking off the month with the long-awaited Grand Opening of the Raccoon Creek Bike Park! 🥳 Come test out the brand-new pump track, enjoy FREE Kona Ice (for the first 200 guests!), jam out with a live DJ, grab a bite from local food trucks, and let the kids burn off some energy in the bounce house! 🍧🍔🎶

But the late-summer fun doesn't stop at the track! We’re keeping the momentum rolling all month long with our full schedule of regular community programming:
