On Thursday June 25th 2026 The National EMS Memorial Service Moving Honors will pass through Coal Grove Ohio. This service memorializes fallen EMS providers. As many of you all know, we will be honoring one of our own this year as it passes through the Village. If you have a second that day, or see them passing by stop and give a moments pause for the fallen. Thank you Lawrence County for your continued support.

As we finish up Mental Health Awareness Month we'd like to congratulate Paramedic Julie Bias and EMT Courtney Roach. Yesterday they were recognized as Crisis Intervention Team Champions.

At LCEMS we understand that the mental health of our team members and our community members are of the utmost importance and we pride ourselves on having a team highly trained to care for a mental health crisis with empathy and compassion.

No one better represents this ideal than these two. We are proud of you, and we are proud to have you caring for our community!
