Important Reminders
👨👩👧👦 Family-Friendly Event: Children should remain with a parent or responsible adult.
🚗 Parking: Please use designated parking areas and follow posted signs. All parking will be situated in the Preserve and attendees must enter at the intersection of Water Works and Reservoir Roads. Fire Police will be on hand to help guide you to the proper parking areas. Car show display cars will be permitted to pass through and enter the park to the display area but only at the forementioned intersection. All traffic exiting the event will exit the Preserve at the lower gate and travel east towards Red Mill Road.
🚧 ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE 🚧Water Works Road will be closed between Red Mill and Reservoir Roads prior to and during the event. All traffic attending the event must enter at the intersection of Water Works and Reservoir Roads coming off of West king’s Highway (Route 340)
🌳 Vendor Access and setup: We ask vendors to please arrive between 8:00am-10:00am to setup. After your setup is complete, please relocate your vehicles to the parking area of the Preserve.
🗑️ Keep It Clean: Help us keep the park beautiful by using the provided trash and recycling containers.
🌦️ Weather: The event will be held rain or shine unless otherwise announced.
