The McNeil Children's Library makes free books available to children whose families may not be able to afford purchasing books. Every child who visits ChesPenn Health Services, Child Guidance Resource Centers, Human Services Inc or Chester County Community Dental Center is encouraged to take home a book of his or her own. The Book Brigade was created to enlist a dedicated group of supporters who a

re committed to fostering a lifetime love of reading in children by ensuring that the library's shelves are kept well stocked.
