Programs
The Parks and Recreation Committee sponsors many events and programs such as Valley Day, Easter Egg Hunt, Children's Christmas Party, sports programs, assistance to families in need, etc. Parks
The township has three parks: the Hayti Park next to the Township Building in Hayti, The Rock Run Park on Irish Lane in Rock Run, and The John A. All three parks have play structures, basketball courts and a pavilion.

East Fallowfield Township's Annual TRUNK OR TREAT event at the park is coming on Saturday, October 21 at 5:00 p.m. and we need "TRUNKSTERS" (the fabulous folks who will be decorating their vehicles and offering treats to the kiddies)!

Of course everyone is welcome to join in the fun, but please keep in mind that Trunk or Treat won't work well if we don't have trunks and treats to go with the kiddies in costumes...

We are in search of Halloween enthusiasts who would like to be hosts of a Trunk or Treat car after our Halloween Parade. Trunk or Treat will be held Saturday October 28th right after our parade (parade starts at 4pm) at Minch Park. It was such a fun event last year and we had nearly 300 kids attending. We recently had the privilege of sponsoring a fantastic event held on Saturday, August 12, and organized by Valley Township Parks & Recreation โ€“ the Drive-Thru Backpack Giveaway! This initiative supports our young learners whose local families may be struggling in these challenging times, providing backpacks filled with essential supplies to K-8th graders.

We want to extend our gratitude to Valley Township Parks & Recreation for orchestrating such a meaningful event and to the volunteers and donors who made it possible.
