The Broward County Supervisor of Elections’ Office invites all Broward County residents to participate by registering to vote. The last day to register to vote for the March 19th, 2024 Presidential Preference Primary Election is February 20, 2024. We encourage all Broward County residents eligible to vote to join in recognizing National Voter Registration Day in the following ways:

● Register to vote online through the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office, in person at any of our six available branch offices, or other official offices offering voter registration services;

● Check your voter status (on our website): update your address, party affiliation, name change and any other important information;

● Encourage friends and family to register to vote;

● Note upcoming elections and local candidates on your calendar;

● Learn more about the voting process in Broward County at www.browardvotes.gov;

● Repost information from our social media accounts Broward County SOE to help spread the word.

The Broward County Supervisor of Elections’ Office works every day to ensure citizens can exercise their right to vote.

The Florida Department of Transportation invites you to a Public Hearing regarding a project that will widen the Turnpike from South of I-595 to Wiles Road. A virtual and listen-only telephone mode meeting takes place on Wednesday, September 20, at 6 p.m. An in-person meeting takes place Thursday, September 21, at the Chateau Mar Golf Resort, 3501 Inverrary Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, at 6 p.m.

It is District 2 Tuesday! Commissioner Mark Bogen represents Broward County's District 2 community. Commissioner Bogen was sworn in as the District 2 Commissioner in January 2015. He served as Mayor in 2018. His an activist who is passionate about public service, public health, human rights, consumer protection.

Recently he won Commission approval for The Broward Heart Program, which offers FREE heart tests for Broward residents.
The $10M heart program is a pilot project to promote heart health awareness with a FREE test designed to detect possible arterial blockages. Heart disease is the number 1 cause of death worldwide.

Commissioner Bogen won Commission approval for funding to provide 12 months’ worth of mortgage, rent or property tax payments to the families of police and firefighters killed in the line of duty in the FY24 budget​ The idea was praised by police unions, which said it set a “great precedent” of support.​​

He established the Broward Bridge Scholarship program to help students in need of bridge financing to finish college. 289 students from 47 Broward zip codes have received these grants.

Yesterday my father took his last breath after a long and courageous battle and is now resting in peace. I can not imagine not being able to see him and talk to him anymore.. ❤️. I know many people had a connection to him. I am sharing all the funeral and Shiva details of anyone is able to come.
